Shanghai Jinghe Electric PowerTransformer oil sampling boxChemical oil sampling tank, used for sampling in transformer and transformer oil experiments, chemical oil sampling tests, etc,
Introduction:
The exterior of the box is of aluminum alloy structure, and the interior is of hard foam and soft sponge structure. The box is lined with five plywood. Stainless steel corners are wrapped around the perimeter, reinforced with profile strips, and thickened sponge inside the box is used to format and fix the syringe oil cup in place, ensuring collision and shock resistance during on-site transportation. The internal device includes syringes, wide mouthed bottles, etc. The appearance design makes it easy to carry and vibration resistant and durable. Beautiful and elegant. The product size can be customized according to the specifications and models provided by the customer. It can be customized.
Choose various three-way valves for oil and gas sampling. The method of taking oil samples from the equipment using the three-way valve should be carried out in a fully sealed state, and the oil sample should not come into contact with air.
Oil samples should generally be taken from power transformers and reactors during operation. When equipment needs to be powered off for sampling, take samples as soon as possible after shutdown. For sealing equipment that may generate negative pressure, sampling under negative pressure is prohibited to prevent negative pressure intake.
The sampling valve of the equipment should be equipped with a connector with a small mouth, and a hose should be connected to the small mouth. Before sampling, the air and "dead oil" in the sampling pipeline and sampling valve should be eliminated. The rubber hose used should be as short as possible, and the pipeline should be flushed with the oil of the equipment body (this step can be omitted for low oil equipment). When taking oil samples, the oil flow should be smooth
When sampling with a syringe, it is better to connect a small metal three-way valve between the syringe and the hose, and take the sample according to the following steps: discharge the "dead oil" through the three-way valve; rotate the three-way valve to allow a small amount of oil to enter the syringe; rotate the three-way valve and push the syringe core to eliminate the air and oil inside the syringe; rotate the three-way valve to allow the oil sample to automatically enter the syringe under static pressure (do not pull the syringe core to avoid inhaling air or degassing the oil sample). When enough oil sample is taken, close the three-way valve and sampling valve, remove the syringe, and seal the injector with a small rubber head (try to exhaust the air inside the small rubber head as much as possible). During the entire operation process, special attention should be paid to keeping the syringe core clean to avoid Stuck.
